The opening ceremony of “Tasmery Under-14 School Handball Tournament (Boys & Girls)-2024” organized under the management of Bangladesh Handball Federation and sponsored by Tasmery & Company held on Tuesday 05 November 2024 at 10:50 am, Shaheed (Captain) M. Mansoor Ali National Handball stadium.
Md. Salim Bin Baten, the owner of Tasmery & Company attended the event as the chief guest and announced the auspicious opening of the tournament.
Federation Vice President Md. Nurul Islam, Tournament Committee Chairman Mr. Maqsud Ahmed, Secretary Md. Salim Mia Babu and other officials of the Federation were present in the event.
Honorable General Secretary of Bangladesh Handball Federation Mr. Asaduzzaman Kohinoor presided over the opening ceremony.
The opening match is between Wills Little Flower School vs Uttara Kafrul High School at 10:50 am. Wills Little Flower School beat Uttara Kafrul High School 05-02 in the game. The winning team was leading 03-00 in the first half. Jahan scored 03 goals for the winning team and Busra scored 02 goals for the defeated team.
